Privacy Policy
The short version. Vlogbee has no user accounts and no server of its own. Your videos, audio, photos, scripts, captions and projects are created, edited and stored on your iPhone. We (the developer) never receive them.
Vlogbee shows no ads and does not track you. Subscriptions are verified through RevenueCat, which receives limited technical data, described below.
1. Who we are
Vlogbee (“the app”) is developed and published by [OWNER LEGAL NAME], an individual developer based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the limited processing described in this policy. Contact: support@vlogbee.com.
2. What stays on your iPhone
The following content is processed and stored only on your device, in the app's private storage (and, for screen recordings, a shared container used only by Vlogbee and its own screen recording extension):
- Videos and photos you record or import, voiceovers, music and sound you add.
- Teleprompter scripts, captions, transcripts, translations, templates you start and project drafts.
- Screen recordings made with the Vlogbee screen recording extension.
- App settings (for example interface language, speech language, tips shown, and counters such as how many videos you have exported, which are used to time the rating request).
We do not upload this content anywhere and we have no access to it. It stays until you delete it in the app or delete the app. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud or a computer, iOS may include the app's data in that backup under Apple's terms.
3. Permissions and how they are used
Vlogbee asks for each permission only when you first use the feature that needs it. You can change your choices any time in iOS Settings › Vlogbee.

4. Speech recognition and translation (Apple)
- Speech recognition uses Apple's Speech framework. Vlogbee asks for on-device recognition whenever your iPhone supports it for the chosen language, so the audio stays on the device. If on-device recognition is not available or does not work for a language (for example, when the language model has not been downloaded to your iPhone), the app automatically uses Apple's speech recognition service instead, and the audio is sent to Apple to be recognized, under Apple's Privacy Policy. We never receive this audio or the text.
- Caption pack (on-device captions). For languages that Apple's newest on-device engine does not cover (for example Turkish or Arabic), Vlogbee creates captions with an open-source speech model (OpenAI Whisper, run on your iPhone with Argmax WhisperKit). The model is downloaded once, over Wi‑Fi, from Hugging Face's servers (huggingface.co). This download is an ordinary file request: no audio, video, text or personal information is sent, and the captions are created entirely on your iPhone.
- Translation of captions uses Apple's Translation framework on your device (iOS 18 or later). iOS may download language files from Apple. On devices with Apple Intelligence, the app can also use Apple's on-device language model to translate caption text. Neither sends your text to us or to any third-party AI service.
- Silence cutting, background blur and person cut-out use Apple frameworks on your device.
5. Subscriptions (Apple and RevenueCat)
Vlogbee Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) sold and billed by Apple. We never see your name, Apple Account or payment details. To confirm your subscription, keep its status up to date (trial, renewal, cancellation, expiry, billing issues) and restore it, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc. (USA). RevenueCat receives your App Store transaction and subscription history (also directly from Apple's server notifications), a random anonymous app user ID created on your device (not linked to your identity), and basic technical data such as the app version, iOS version, device model, store country and language. RevenueCat uses this data only to validate purchases and provide subscription status to the app. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
6. What we do not do
- No accounts, sign-in, or profile.
- No ads and no tracking. The app does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- No analytics or crash-reporting SDK of our own, no server of our own.
- No access to your contacts, precise location, health data or messages.
- We do not sell personal data. We do not receive your videos, audio, photos, scripts or captions.
7. Sharing your videos
When you save or share a video, it goes to the destination you choose (Photos, or another app such as a social network or a messenger) through iOS. From then on, that app's own privacy policy applies. Vlogbee does not post anything on your behalf.
8. Contacting us by email
If you write to support@vlogbee.com (for example from Send feedback), we receive your email address and what you write. We use this only to reply and fix the problem, and we delete support emails once they are no longer needed, at the latest after 24 months.
9. Children
Vlogbee is a general-audience creative tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data by email, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Retention
- Content on your device: until you delete it or delete the app.
- Data processed by RevenueCat: according to its retention policy.
- Support emails: see section 8.
11. Legal bases and your rights
Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR or Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) applies, the legal bases are: performance of a contract (providing, renewing and restoring your subscription); and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, answering your emails).
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority (in Türkiye: the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK). Because we have no accounts and do not hold your content, most requests are best handled by deleting content in the app or contacting RevenueCat. We will help with any request sent to support@vlogbee.com.
RevenueCat may process data in the United States and other countries, using safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, mention it in the app's release notes.

Gizlilik Politikası
Kısaca. Vlogbee'de kullanıcı hesabı yoktur ve uygulamanın kendine ait bir sunucusu yoktur. Videoların, sesin, fotoğrafların, metinlerin, altyazıların ve projelerin iPhone'unda oluşturulur, düzenlenir ve saklanır. Biz (geliştirici) bunları hiçbir zaman almayız.
Vlogbee reklam göstermez ve seni izlemez. Abonelikler RevenueCat ile doğrulanır; bu hizmet aşağıda açıklanan sınırlı teknik verileri alır.
1. Biz kimiz
Vlogbee (“uygulama”), Türkiye'de yaşayan bireysel geliştirici [OWNER LEGAL NAME] (“biz”) tarafından geliştirilir ve yayınlanır. Bu politikada anlatılan sınırlı işleme için veri sorumlusu biziz. İletişim: support@vlogbee.com.
2. iPhone'unda kalanlar
Aşağıdaki içerikler yalnız cihazında, uygulamanın kendi depolama alanında (ekran kayıtları için yalnız Vlogbee ve kendi ekran kaydı eklentisinin kullandığı ortak klasörde) işlenir ve saklanır:
- Çektiğin ya da içe aktardığın videolar ve fotoğraflar, seslendirmeler, eklediğin müzik ve sesler.
- Prompter metinleri, altyazılar, dökümler, çeviriler, şablonla başlattığın projeler ve taslaklar.
- Vlogbee ekran kaydı eklentisiyle yaptığın ekran kayıtları.
- Uygulama ayarları (ör. arayüz dili, konuşma dili, gösterilen ipuçları ve değerlendirme isteğinin zamanlaması için kullanılan dışa aktarma sayısı gibi sayaçlar).
Bu içerikleri hiçbir yere yüklemeyiz ve bunlara erişimimiz yoktur. Uygulamada silene ya da uygulamayı silene kadar cihazında kalır. iPhone'un iCloud'a ya da bilgisayara yedekleniyorsa iOS, uygulama verilerini Apple'ın koşullarına göre bu yedeğe dahil edebilir.
3. İzinler ve kullanım amaçları
Vlogbee her izni yalnız o izne ihtiyaç duyan özelliği ilk kullandığında ister. Seçimlerini istediğin zaman iOS Ayarlar › Vlogbee'den değiştirebilirsin.

4. Konuşma tanıma ve çeviri (Apple)
- Konuşma tanıma Apple'ın Speech çerçevesini kullanır. Vlogbee, iPhone'un seçilen dil için destekliyorsa her zaman cihaz üzerinde tanıma ister; böylece ses cihazdan çıkmaz. Bir dil için cihaz üzerinde tanıma yoksa ya da çalışmıyorsa (örneğin dil modeli iPhone'una henüz inmemişse) uygulama otomatik olarak Apple'ın konuşma tanıma hizmetini kullanır ve sesi, tanınması için Apple'ın Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında Apple'a gönderebilir. Bu sesi ya da metni biz hiçbir zaman almayız.
- Altyazı paketi (telefonda altyazı). Apple'ın en yeni cihaz üstü motorunun desteklemediği dillerde (örneğin Türkçe ya da Arapça) Vlogbee altyazıyı açık kaynaklı bir konuşma modeliyle (OpenAI Whisper; iPhone'unda Argmax WhisperKit ile çalışır) oluşturur. Model bir kez, Wi‑Fi'da Hugging Face'in sunucularından (huggingface.co) indirilir. Bu indirme sıradan bir dosya isteğidir: hiçbir ses, video, metin ya da kişisel bilgi gönderilmez; altyazılar tamamen iPhone'unda oluşturulur.
- Altyazıların çevirisi cihazındaki Apple Translation çerçevesiyle yapılır (iOS 18 ve sonrası). iOS, Apple'dan dil dosyaları indirebilir. Apple Intelligence olan cihazlarda uygulama, altyazı metnini çevirmek için Apple'ın cihazdaki dil modelini de kullanabilir. Hiçbiri metnini bize ya da üçüncü taraf bir yapay zekâ hizmetine göndermez.
- Sessizlik kesme, arka plan bulanıklaştırma ve kişiyi dekupe etme cihazındaki Apple çerçeveleriyle yapılır.
5. Abonelikler (Apple ve RevenueCat)
Vlogbee Pro, Apple tarafından satılan ve faturalanan, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir (aylık ya da yıllık). Adını, Apple Hesabını ya da ödeme bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Aboneliğini doğrulamak, durumunu güncel tutmak (deneme, yenileme, iptal, sona erme, ödeme sorunu) ve geri yüklemek için uygulama RevenueCat, Inc. (ABD) hizmetini kullanır. RevenueCat; App Store işlem ve abonelik geçmişini (Apple'ın sunucu bildirimleriyle doğrudan da), cihazında oluşturulan ve kimliğinle ilişkilendirilmeyen rastgele anonim bir kullanıcı kimliğini ve uygulama sürümü, iOS sürümü, cihaz modeli, mağaza ülkesi ve dil gibi temel teknik verileri alır. RevenueCat bu verileri yalnız satın almaları doğrulamak ve uygulamaya abonelik durumunu bildirmek için kullanır; bkz. RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası.
6. Yapmadıklarımız
- Hesap, giriş ya da profil yok.
- Reklam ve izleme yok. Uygulama reklam kimliğine (IDFA) erişmez.
- Kendimize ait analiz ya da çökme raporlama SDK'sı ve sunucu yok.
- Kişilerine, kesin konumuna, sağlık verilerine ya da mesajlarına erişim yok.
- Kişisel veri satmayız. Videolarını, sesini, fotoğraflarını, metinlerini ya da altyazılarını almayız.
7. Videolarını paylaşmak
Bir videoyu kaydettiğinde ya da paylaştığında video, iOS aracılığıyla seçtiğin yere (Fotoğraflar ya da bir sosyal ağ veya mesajlaşma uygulaması gibi başka bir uygulama) gider. Bundan sonra o uygulamanın gizlilik politikası geçerlidir. Vlogbee senin adına hiçbir şey paylaşmaz.
8. Bize e-posta yazman
support@vlogbee.com adresine yazarsan (ör. Geri bildirim gönder ile), e-posta adresini ve yazdıklarını alırız. Bunları yalnız yanıt vermek ve sorunu çözmek için kullanır, destek e-postalarını gerek kalmayınca, en geç 24 ay sonra sileriz.
9. Çocuklar
Vlogbee genel kitleye yönelik bir içerik üretim aracıdır ve 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize e-postayla kişisel veri gönderdiğini düşünüyorsan bize yaz, sileriz.
10. Saklama süresi
- Cihazındaki içerik: sen silene ya da uygulamayı silene kadar.
- RevenueCat'in işlediği veriler: kendi saklama politikasına göre.

11. Hukuki sebepler ve hakların
GDPR, Birleşik Krallık GDPR'ı ya da 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) uygulandığında hukuki sebepler şunlardır: sözleşmenin ifası (aboneliğin sağlanması, yenilenmesi ve geri yüklenmesi); meşru menfaat (sahtekârlığın önlenmesi, e-postalarına yanıt verilmesi).
KVKK m. 11 ve GDPR kapsamında kişisel verilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini, işlenmesinin kısıtlanmasını isteme, itiraz etme, veri taşınabilirliği ve denetim makamına (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikâyet hakların olabilir. Hesap tutmadığımız ve içeriğini saklamadığımız için çoğu talep en iyi içeriği uygulamada silerek ya da RevenueCat ile iletişime geçerek karşılanır. support@vlogbee.com adresine gönderdiğin her talepte yardımcı oluruz.
RevenueCat verileri ABD'de ve başka ülkelerde, AB Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri gibi güvencelerle işleyebilir.
12. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı değiştirirsek yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulamanın sürüm notlarında belirtiriz.
