Terms of Use

Your use of Vlogbee is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The points below add a few app-specific terms. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.

1. The licensor

Vlogbee is licensed to you by [OWNER LEGAL NAME], an individual developer based in Türkiye (“we”). Contact: support@vlogbee.com.

2. Free version and Vlogbee Pro

All editing features are free. The free version adds a small Vlogbee logo to exported videos and photos.
Vlogbee Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or yearly. It removes the logo from exports and unlocks the Pro templates listed in the app. Editing features stay free whether or not you subscribe.

3. Auto-renewable subscriptions

Title and length: Vlogbee Pro Monthly (1 month) and Vlogbee Pro Yearly (1 year). The price of each plan is shown on the Pro screen and on the App Store in your local currency before you subscribe.
Free trial: the yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and you are charged the yearly price. Eligibility is determined by Apple; if you have used the trial before, the subscription starts immediately.
Payment: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends.
Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or in Vlogbee › Settings › Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Price changes: if the price changes, Apple notifies you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent before renewing at the new price.
Restore: on another device signed in with the same Apple Account, use Pro screen › Restore or Settings › Restore purchases.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
When a subscription ends, the export logo returns. Your projects and videos are never locked or deleted.

4. Your content

You own the videos, audio, scripts and other content you create. We do not receive it and claim no rights to it.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you record, import or share, including music, other people's videos used in reaction videos, and anything visible in screen recordings. Respect copyright and other people's privacy, and follow the rules of the platforms you post to.
Do not use Vlogbee to create or share illegal content, or content that harasses, defames or exploits others.

5. Automatic features

Captions, translations, silence cutting and other automatic features are produced on your device with Apple technologies and may contain mistakes. Please review your video before publishing it.

6. Third-party services

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple, and purchases are verified with RevenueCat. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”, as described in the Standard EULA. Keep backups of important videos; deleting the app deletes its projects. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of content or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

Vlogbee'yi kullanımın Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne (Standart EULA) tabidir. Aşağıdaki maddeler uygulamaya özgü birkaç koşul ekler. Bir çelişki olursa Standart EULA geçerlidir.

1. Lisans veren

Vlogbee, Türkiye'de yaşayan bireysel geliştirici [OWNER LEGAL NAME] (“biz”) tarafından lisanslanır. İletişim: support@vlogbee.com.

2. Ücretsiz sürüm ve Vlogbee Pro

Tüm kurgu özellikleri ücretsizdir. Ücretsiz sürüm, dışa aktarılan video ve fotoğraflara küçük bir Vlogbee logosu ekler.
Vlogbee Pro aylık ya da yıllık, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Dışa aktarmalardaki logoyu kaldırır ve uygulamada listelenen Pro şablonları açar. Kurgu özellikleri abone olsan da olmasan da ücretsizdir.

3. Otomatik yenilenen abonelikler

Ad ve süre: Vlogbee Pro Aylık (1 ay) ve Vlogbee Pro Yıllık (1 yıl). Her planın fiyatı, abone olmadan önce Pro ekranında ve App Store'da yerel para biriminle gösterilir.
Ücretsiz deneme: yıllık plan yeni aboneler için 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme içerebilir. Deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen yıllık abonelik başlar ve yıllık ücret alınır. Uygunluğa Apple karar verir; denemeyi daha önce kullandıysan abonelik hemen başlar.
Ödeme: ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında ya da deneme varsa deneme bitince Apple Hesabından alınır.
Otomatik yenileme: abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
Yönetme ve iptal: aboneliğini iPhone'unda Ayarlar › [adın] › Abonelikler bölümünden ya da Vlogbee › Ayarlar › Aboneliği yönet'ten yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. İptal bir sonraki yenilemeyi durdurur; Pro, ödediğin dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Fiyat değişiklikleri: fiyat değişirse Apple seni önceden bilgilendirir ve gerektiğinde yeni fiyatla yenilemeden önce onayını ister.
Geri yükleme: aynı Apple Hesabıyla giriş yapılmış başka bir cihazda Pro ekranı › Geri yükle ya da Ayarlar › Satın alımları geri yükle.
İadeler Apple tarafından, Apple'ın politikalarına göre yapılır: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Abonelik sona erince dışa aktarma logosu geri gelir. Projelerin ve videoların asla kilitlenmez ya da silinmez.

4. İçeriğin

Oluşturduğun video, ses, metin ve diğer içerikler senindir. Biz bunları almayız ve üzerlerinde hak iddia etmeyiz.
Kaydettiğin, içe aktardığın ya da paylaştığın her şey (müzik, tepki videolarında kullandığın başkalarının videoları, ekran kayıtlarında görünenler dahil) için gerekli haklara sahip olmak senin sorumluluğundadır. Telif haklarına ve başkalarının gizliliğine saygı göster, paylaştığın platformların kurallarına uy.
Vlogbee'yi yasa dışı ya da başkalarını taciz eden, karalayan veya istismar eden içerik üretmek veya paylaşmak için kullanma.

5. Otomatik özellikler

Altyazı, çeviri, sessizlik kesme ve diğer otomatik özellikler cihazında Apple teknolojileriyle üretilir ve hata içerebilir. Yayınlamadan önce videonu kontrol et.

6. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Abonelikler Apple tarafından satılır ve faturalanır; satın almalar RevenueCat ile doğrulanır. Bu hizmetlere kendi koşulları ve gizlilik politikaları uygulanır. Bkz. Gizlilik Politikası.

7. Sorumluluk

Uygulama, Standart EULA'da belirtildiği gibi “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Önemli videolarının yedeğini al; uygulamayı silmek projelerini de siler. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde içerik kaybından ya da dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, emredici tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.

8. Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; yukarıdaki tarih değişir. Bu koşullara, yaşadığın ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları saklı kalmak üzere Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır.
