Sign in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe, then open Vlogbee and tap Settings › Restore purchases (or Restore at the top of the Pro screen). No account or sign-in in Vlogbee is needed.

If it says no purchase was found, check that you're signed in to the App Store with the right Apple Account (iOS Settings › your name › Media & Purchases) and that you're online.

Vlogbee Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly. It removes the logo from your exports and unlocks the Pro templates. All editing features are free for everyone, with or without Pro.

The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You're only charged when the trial ends, and nothing is charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before that. Prices are shown in your local currency on the Pro screen before you subscribe. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Open Vlogbee › Settings › Manage subscription, or iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Vlogbee Pro. There you can cancel or switch between monthly and yearly. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; then the export logo returns. Your projects are never locked. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Open Settings › Redeem code in Vlogbee, or the App Store app › your profile picture › Redeem Gift Card or Code. Come back to Vlogbee afterwards and Pro switches on.

Vlogbee asks for each permission the first time you use the feature. If you tapped “Don't Allow”, turn it on in iOS Settings › Vlogbee:

• Camera: to record yourself.
• Microphone: to record your voice and scroll the script as you speak.
• Speech Recognition: for auto captions and voice-following teleprompter.
• Photos: “Add Photos Only” is enough to save your videos.

1. In Vlogbee, open Screen and tap Start recording.
2. In the iOS window, make sure Screen Recording (Vlogbee) is selected and tap Start Broadcast. Turn the microphone on there if you want your voice recorded.
3. After a 3-second countdown, go to any app and show what you want.
4. To stop, tap the red indicator at the top of the screen and choose Stop, or come back to Vlogbee and tap Stop recording. The recording waits for you in Vlogbee, ready to edit, caption, or to add your face.

The recording is saved only on your iPhone. Nothing is streamed or uploaded.

• Restart your iPhone and try again. iOS sometimes needs this after the app is installed or updated.
• Check that Screen Time doesn't block screen recording (iOS Settings › Screen Time › Content & Privacy Restrictions › Content Restrictions › Screen Recording).
• Some apps (for example streaming video apps) block screen capture. Their content will be black.
• Make sure you have free storage. Vlogbee doesn't start recording if your iPhone is almost full.

Auto captions and the voice-following teleprompter support 17 languages: English, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, Indonesian, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Hindi, Korean, Japanese and Chinese (Mandarin). Choose the speech language in Settings › Speech language or in the editor.

Recognition runs on your iPhone when your device supports that language on-device. For some languages or older devices, iOS may need an internet connection to recognize speech.

Translation uses Apple's on-device translation (iOS 18 or later). The first time you translate into a language, iOS may ask to download it. After that it works offline. You can show captions in two languages at once.

Tap any caption in the editor to fix a word. Speaking clearly, close to the microphone and with little background noise gives the best results. Make sure the speech language matches the language you speak.

Projects stay inside Vlogbee until you delete them. When you export, the video is saved to your Photos and you can share it to any app. Deleting Vlogbee deletes its projects, so export anything you want to keep first.

Get Vlogbee Pro to remove it from all exports. If your subscription ends, new exports get the logo again.
